seriuosly ??? you had to touch the Open North and Removing the prompts too ? you should have stuck only with the attachments. at least you mentioned them in your description, for that I am grateful, dodged a bullet here, I cant download this mod, only need attachments....I really liked the ammo idea, but whatever.
I seriously dont get why they would add a change like that, which has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the mod. I want a mod that changes the weapon mechanics. If I wanted a mod that would open the north, I would download it. While were at it, why not just make the mod include a 100% complete save file, since were just adding random stuff to tamper with the progression of the game, in an enhanced weapons mod.

If I want to remove the prompts, I can do it seperately from this mod. The problem is that I don't want to remove the prompts or open up the north early, and I cant download a separate file that doesn't include the random stuff they decided to include just cause. It's really a shame, because this mod seemed cool.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but this mod seems to have zero effect? I unzipped into the correct directory, replaced the files there with the mod files and started a new game but I still get "Hold E" prompts and "picked up 9 LMG ammo" or "Picked up 6 handgun ammo". Can anyone assist?
Does anyone know if this mod changes the rate of fire on guns to match their real-life counterparts? For example; is the mg42 fire rate boosted to 1200 rpm?
I'm trying to tinker with this, and hopefully come up with an improved version. I can't figure out how the hell to put the modified weapon files back into the game though. I'm using the modding resource weapon data, I'm good with packing/unpacking patch files and converting xml/fcbs, I just don't know where to inject these back into the game. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
get the dunia tools open the actual patch_hd(the ones found here or start from scratch but check with bontainer about permission to release it) files then use the ark files from bontainers patch/the resource files you can download here too just use those as reference to his stats and use the arktype browser or library which u can find on nexus too to find the weapons ID and for help with the sights on the m14 socom/semi auto rifle its ID is 7662974066226.ark and in that file the "reticle particle scale" is how to change the size of the sight(not the zoom just the sight picture) i recommend 0.3 or less as i guess thats one of the major things that needed improvements :p then just pack it up again with the dunia tools and name it patch_hd and put it back in data_win32 for fc4 anything else just lemme know and sorry if its bad grammar and all the tools mentioned can be found on the nexus forums

It would be possible to modify the range of weapons as in the mod: Competent weapons?
Because the range is a bit ridiculous, it looks like it shoots at 50 m maximum ...
If it could also be compatible with Golden path that would be wonderful ;)
