This is a graphical enhancement mod which uses SweetFX.
This is my own personal setting for Far Cry 3, figured I would share.

Main Features:
- Improved Bloom
- Improved Coloring
- Beautiful Sun Sets
- Increased Sharpening for a more HD Look and Feel
- Improved Exposure (Trees look like Crysis; very REAL AT TIMES)

INSTALLING MOD:

Step one:
Change your Far Cry 3 Settings to DX9 (SweetFX Does not work with DX11 yet).
Save your settings and exit to desktop

Step two:
Go to: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=368880
Follow instructions and download SweetFX 1.3

I highly recommend reading this Blog as well to get familiar with Sweet FX

Step Three:
Download my SweetFX_settings
Copy and Paste into your Far Cry Folder (Overwrite the original)

Step Four:
Once in game, go to your video setting / calibration. Move the contrast / gamma / brightness to your liking until you can barely see the logo. (This needs to be done due to all the different PC configurations)

You are done!!!

INSTALLING SWEET FX:
When installing Sweet FX, make sure ALL (except the DLL and Injector files) of the files are dropped into your FarCry3 Folder (usually found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\FarCry 3).
The d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll, and injector need to be put in the bin folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\FarCry 3\bin).
