You have to play this one in the editor to play put the map file in C:\Users\"your username"\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 3\user maps and load it on the map editor. Start in game at the stack of radio towers and get in the buggy and try to run over as many pirates as you can and as quick as you can. The end of it is at the end of the road when you shoot the flare gun you have finished. If you wish comment what you think of the map and what time and how many you ran over.
