This is my notes on where supplies can be found on the islands. Most useful when you are short on cash and want to know where free ammo/medkits/body armor can be found. A couple of relics in odd places are marked, however most are not.

Key as follows:
M =Medkit
Ar = Body armor
Loot = High value loot in red footlockers. Contain ~$250 and ammo.
Expl = Ammo pickup of flamethrower fuel, rockets, launcher grenades, flares.
Ammo = Magazine for normal guns.
Large Ammo = Destroyable, large crate of ammo. Contains everything except arrows, C4, and mines.
