The main save puts you before the "assassination" of the oposing faction to the point of no return,

All weapons are upgraded, some of the other utilities are upgraded too,

All side jobs are done, all buddy missions are done, all 12 of them, and if you do continue the story you will encounter all of them later in for a big group hug ;P

Game is at 73%,

Side Missions are 42/40, the extra 2 are from a hidden buddy, i then rotate the buddies through missions to get them to give me their side jobs,

This save game was done on Infamous dificulty, and all dlc's were installed, so i strongly recomend for better experience to have them installed and the dificulty is for the fun and challenge factor,

Jackal tapes are not bugged as they were collected before the patch 1.03, so that tape 9 stealing boots don't repeat in this save on the rest of the tapes,

The main character i picked is Marty Alencar, as he is the cover guy and like the other voice actors more than the one for Marty as a buddy,

Have fun free roam this game, and wreck havoc on the mercenaries and milita,

THIS SAVE IS FOR THE VERSION 1.03 OF THE GAME.

Update
Adding starting saves for each character, completing only the tutorial segment of the game, lets you free roam the map and complete the missions like you want.
