Download file (Winter In Appalachia) , now while it is downloading.

Go into Documents > My Games > Fallout 76 > Locate the file "Fallout76Custom.ini".

Open this in Notepad.

Down below all the text paste the following as I have done in video.

bAllowCreateGrass=0

Next, we wait for download to complete, once complete, transfer all the files from zip as I have done in the video to your Fallout 76 Data folder which can be located by going to Steam > Right clicking on the left side where it says "Fallout 76". Now you want to then click manage > "Browse Local Files".

Locate the date folder > Transfer all the Files from the Zip to your Data folder as done in the video.

Now, let's go back to the note pad. We are going to go to type down this
