I have replaced all the first person meshes with third person meshes, you can now see yourself when you sit down in first person.

Only works while sitting down, proof of concept. I can't recommend this for normal play, there's a bug in first person when crouching.
I renamed all the third person meshes to first person ones. Perhaps someone smarter than me can get this working better.
Some bodies only use one gender so I've included male and female patches for those few that I saw. Still need the main file. if you don't use them that's fine, they'll just use the default first person arms.
