Adds a glow to Sugar Bombs, only the variety with rads which is used in the Brain Bombs recipe.
To install, extract the Sugarbombs.ba2 file to the fallout76 Data directory, and add Sugarbombs.ba2 to the sResourceArchive2List list in your custom.ini file.
