Initial version
This mod removes the following sounds which are used in Vault-tec shelters. It's possible these sounds are used elsewhere, so feedback on bugs would be appreciated
Periodic water drips
Consistent steam leak sounds
minor electrical arcing.
Testing indicates this makes the two free vault shelters silent. Not fully tested yet on atom shop vault shelters.
