Replaces the plasma caster's first-person firing and handling sounds. The firing sounds are an edited version of the sounds in Fallout 1, and the handling sounds come from New Vegas, with the sound from Fallout 1 in there as well.
To install, place the included plasmacaster.ba2 in your Data folder in Fallout 76's directory. Then, in documents\My Games\Fallout 76, if you have a Fallout76Custom.ini, add the following line:
[Archive]
sResourceArchive2List = plasmacaster.ba2
