You can just remove the files all together or in my case I moved them to a folder. Move: BGSLogo4k.bk2 and Intro.bk2. No need for the mod or change files or anything.
Couldn't we just rename the file and add a .bak to the end of the existing file? That way all we have to do is remove the .bak to revert back to vanilla.
The mod is still working with the 05/07/19 udpate, but you will need to rename the file "BGSLogo4k.bk2" ( just in case make a backup of your original file ) and it will do the trick !
I just made a text file named BGSLogo4k.txt ,and then renamed it to BGSLogo4k.bk2. Replaced it in the video folder. And ended up with a 0 byte file..works nice.
I had this working fine, but I felt like I wanted a little something there instead of the BGS logo... So I converted a clip to bik and put it in it's place Behold: https://youtu.be/7MARjQ2As7k
For clarification, this only works on the C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Fallout76.ini, not the one in C:\Users\YOUR_USER\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76

Edit: Nevermind, it continues to change my fov. I'll load the game up, it will work for a little bit and then out of nowhere (not having exited the game) and it will change. Very odd. Thank you though. It does work, for a bit.
