Refined lightbulb in the Bobber and added real working light!

Having done the HQ Light Bulbs project, I couldn't stand the light bulb in the "Lightbulb Bobber" ^.^ Not to mention lack of real working light in it. So I made it myself!
What this mod does:
- refines mesh of the light bulb and the bobber itself
- changes light bulb texture while in view mode, or not casted out, has a low brightness glow.
- changes light bulb texture of the animated mesh (while fishing) and adds real bright light to it, that is visible even underwater
