This thing gave me a little trouble, so I forced the Base Model to take on the Presidential T-60 Armor.
You will not need any other paints, just T-60 armor.
NOTE:
MESH Metod hard overwrites, so some skins will also be overridden too. Just keeps this in mind.
Will work on other options as well.
May add others later.

Install Metod:
Manual Install:
- Extract the Modname.ba2 file to your Fallout 76 Data folder (configuration folder is generated automatically)
(default: Program Files (x86)\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Data)(default: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout76\Data) - Navigate to your Fallout 76 settings folder in "My Games" (default: Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76)
- If this is your first mod, extract the optional "Fallout76Custom.ini" file to the current directory.
- Otherwise, append the name of the new archive, "Modname.ba2", to the list, separated by a comma, like so:

Mod Manager Install:
- Install preferred Mod Manager.
- Drop Zip file into Mod Manager
- Deploy
Note: This will overwrite any similar mod installed or be overwritten depending on the order.
