This mod is a 4K upscale of the Nuka Cola Power Armor. The stock in-game textures are very blurry, this mod makes them look crisp and adds in some details.

Nuka Cola Power Armor 4K
This mod contains the Nuka Cola and Quantum Power Armor Skins, upscaled to 4K resolution using a pre-trained neural network. What this means is that the A.I. will fill in details that you would normally have to do by hand when upscaling textures.
To install, move the .ba2 file into your games Data folder, usually at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout 76"
Next, just add "NCPA - Main" to your sResourceArchive2List line in your Fallout76Custom.ini file.
I have only included screenshots for the Quantum Paint, because as of now I don't have my T-51b Armor anymore. If someone would submit some pictures of them in their red Nuka Cola skin, that would be awesome...
