Got tired of waiting for Bethesda to make them, so I did it myself!
Comes in 11 different colors:
The model replaces the party hat given when exiting the vault.
If you've lost your hat, a pair can be found in Morgantown, on some skeletons sitting on a sign due north of Mama Dolce's Food Processing.
This mod uses the texture of the unused White Bunny Ears headwear, and as such is incompatible with any mods that also use this texture.
