If you are leveling up too fast in this game, then I think THE John Bender from The Breakfast Club has the right to inform you that you are a Neo Maxi Zoom Dweebie! And so he will, every time you level up. Enjoy!
If you are using a mod manager, just tell it where the .ba2 file lives. If you are a manual user, all you need to do is put the .ba2 file into your fallout76/data folder, then add an entry to your fallout76 custom.ini file and you are good to go. Thanks and enjoy!
