HOW TO INSTALL
Download Mod
Extract the .ba2 contained within the archive to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Data
Edit your Fallout76Custom.ini located at C:\Users\**YOUR USER NAME**\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76
Add buzz.ba2 to the sResourceArchive2List string and save

NOT WORKING?
Try restarting your computer; had to do this myself when I initally loaded it. Idk why.
Make sure your custom INI is updated with the latest update .ba2
