Replaces the short magazines on the handmade rifle with the standard full sized magazine.

Replaces the short magazines on the handmade rifle with the standard full sized magazine, made because the short magazine for perforating on the handmade was too short and looked out of place for my liking.
Also replaces the small magazine for the Piercing magazine since they share the same model in the files.
Install how you would any other texture mod. I use quick config because I'm lazy.
