Replaces default Auto Axe paint with Fanatic paint from Season 10 Scoreboard

Note: this paint will only be visible for you, other players will see the default orange paint
Installation:
1) Extract the AutoAxeFanaticSkin.ba2 file to your Fallout 76 Data folder
2) Add AutoAxeFanaticSkin.ba2 to your load order (sResourceIndexFileList) in Project76Custom.ini or Fallout76Custom.ini ("C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\"):
