Replaces the Sea Captain's Hat with the cut Kells Cap textures. For some reason, Bethesda not only carried over the textures from Fallout 4 but also updated them to 76's format and lighting system.
The Sea Captain's Hat can be bought from Tweed in the Whitespring.
