Makes harvestable wood piles glow bright green for ease of locating.

Changes wood piles to a glowing green color to make them easy to spot. Developed to help with the harvesting wood challenge. Siimilar to Invisi Wood Piles, the wood piles will disappear after harvesting (static decoration piles can't be harvested).
This mod is EXTREMELY susceptible to lag. I originally had an esp version I was using during Fasnacht, but it was unmanagable showing piles that had already been harvested all over my screen. I decided to change it to a glow mod instead for my sanity.
It's something I keep on all the time now grinding those 7600 piles of wood for the challenge. Your mileage may vary.
