Fixed the Beret, I added the Helvetia crest logo thingie, I know the crest edit is poor, but at least it's not some odd texture anymore. Also fixed up normals as it had shown the same effect. I got crappy screenshots, It looks better in-game!

1. Download and extract the mod to your Fallout 76 Data folder, e.g. \Fallout76\Data
