I argue that the firebreather helmet looks best with responders set, so it is a nice helmet to have. You can get the firebreather outfit without a mod by throwing a grenade and blasting it out of the displaycase and the helmet you can grab by standing a certain way looking at a certain spot in the wall, this just makes it a bit easier.
