The mystery has been solved! It's the teams notifications that plays the ATX exit sound when they disappear. SO! If you have the full version, when a team notification comes up and goes away you will hear "Come back anytime, stranger!" because Bethesda used the same sound file for both of these!!!! Brilliant!!! It does save resources but still, stop it!
For those that don't want to hear the exit sound in the game, there is a version that doesn't have it.

This mod will make the merchant from RE4 greet you when you enter the shop, when you exit the shop, and will thank you for your purchases! There are 3 lines when you buy, 3 when you enter, the exit sound only has one file and only plays like 50% of the time.
ENTER SHOP LINES:
"Welcome!", "What're ya buyin?", "Stranger!"

Installation is like any other mod. Install with Vortex/Mod Manager or the preferred way. Download the zip, extract the RE4ATX.ba2 to your DATA folder then add the RE4ATX.ba2 to your fallout76custom.ini.
