Adds the Fallout 1 / 2 Level up sound into your game - also changes the XP sound to the New Vegas XP Sound!

Really low effort upload - but I made this for myself and have seen a dozen others or so asking someone to make this, so I figured I'd just post it.
Also changes the XP sound to the quieter New Vegas XP sound. *Has been fixed to be nice and audible!

**NOTE: The New Vegas XP sound is a bit hard to hear with the default 'crit available' sound, being that its an extremely overpowering bass note. If you use a crit build and want to hear the new vegas change, I'd recommend changing your crit sound.
I've uploaded reskin that changes the crit sound to the TF2 Critical hit sound, making the New Vegas XP alot easier to hear - I know not everyone will enjoy or use it but, it's here if you so desire.

Add 'BigLvl2.ba2' into your fallout76custom.ini list, after dropping BigLvl2.ba2 into your Fallout76/Data folder.
