Simply darkens the environment slightly and adds more contrast/saturation without being too overbearing.
Installation:
Install ReShade (current version of 6.1.1 is working for me)
Extract this mod's file and place it in the root of your game folder (where the dxgi.dll gets placed from ReShade)
