If doing this on Fallout 76 through game pass, you need to change the "Project76.ini" file not the "Fallout76.ini" file. Gamepass uses the project76 file. So do everything else exactly the same, only copy and paste in the same folder the "Project76.ini" file, change the name of the copy to "Project76Custom.ini" and do the mod coding in that file. That will work like a charm.
First of all, thank you so much for getting this to work. I tried, and failed! However, the file you used seems to be of higher quality, (also thanks) but I have run into a new issue. The video from the old mod still works, but the audio does not sync up to it. It is close, but off by a second or so. I am wondering if it would be easier to trim the audio or the video at this point. Great work and please keep me updated on what you think would be the better solution.
I'm not sure what video you are referring to? This mod doesn't include any video files, just an audio file for the main menu music. The default video for each patch, or custom video if you have one will still play instead.
Sorry for the confusion, I am referring to the original mods video from the Kingsman Golden Circle movie that syncs up with this audio. I am in the process of adding a few seconds to the video, so that they match up with each other. Thanks again!
