sniper barrel charging lights are moved to a more visible location

the vanilla laser charging barrel has it's lights obstructed by the scope , this mod moves the lights to a visible position
in case anyone didn't know :
- sniper barrels don't do full damage until the 3rd light is lit up ( 3 seconds ) , so if you just spam click it or cannot see the charging
indicator you aren't getting your damage out
now go and ask the Bethesda to increase the damage to compensate for the low fire rate
Charging barrels are : True Sniper , Aligned Sniper , Stabilized Sniper
