I took this mod from fallout 4 (here is the link to the mod Synths-Terminator ) and added it to f76 with the permission of the author

this mod has two options: with a clean endoskeleton and the second option with skin and clothes
installation: like any other mod, either through the mod manager or manually, drop the contents of the archive into the date folder and do not forget to write the name of the mod in Fallout76Custom.ini
I suppose that there will be questions: will other players see the terminator? no they won't
bugs, the texture of the skin is visible on the neck, I won’t take it off, otherwise I suffered so much with this mod, I also couldn't get the terminator's eyes to glow red.
