So the fallout 76 INI files by default enable some settings that decrease FPS majorly with almost 0 difference in visual quality. So I disabled as many as I can find. Before I used to average 70 FPS on low with the lowest FPS being 30, now I average 100 FPS depending on where I am with the lowest being around 60 FPS.
