I had a request for making glowing eyes for Plague Doctor mask, so here it is ;P
I also made re-texture to it. Hope you will like it ;)
In case you want just glow effect and not my custom texture, I made separate file to choose either with my texture or just for glow.
You can download which ever you want ;)
Instruction is just download the file and extract .ba2 archive files and dump them into the game "Data" folder
and add those archive file names to sResourceArchive2List= in your Fallout76Custom.ini file.
Example
[Archive]
sResourceArchive2List=PlagueDocMAT.ba2,PlagueDocGlowTEX.ba2,PlagueDocTEX.ba2
