This should be installed like any other mod, by placing SCBR.ba2 (Spooky Candy Bowl Replacer) into the fallout76 data folder and adding SCBR.ba2 to your INI file. Many thanks to allilyaaa for the inspiration from the now unavailable crazy bobbleheads mod.
