My computer has been fixed and I have been returning to play this game. I'm going to return to rebuilding.
I will upload beta versions of the Legendary Build.
I am hoping to get data recovered from my previous drive, so here's hoping I won't need to rebuild completely from scratch. But if it resorts to the worst outcome, it'll take me time to rebuild. I'll just do what I did the last time where I just built for myself and built up from there.
When I fix my PC, I will return to this mod. But I will be rebuilding from scratch, and it will be a slow process. Please be patient and keep checking during every Bethesda update every few months. This is a great opportunity to support other mods like this one until I return.
This mod is discontinued until further notice. I fried my hard drive and backup hard drive. Mod might no longer be retrievable, and I am not starting from scratch. Sorry for the bad news.
I guess you and some people would be interested to know, I will share a small history lesson for those may be curious or may not know why this mod was developed considering we already have Ratmonkeys. This mod was developed during the long period ratmonkeys was on hiatus for many months and became plagued with lookup failed errors making it completely unplayable
Another mod was created around the same time, where me and the developer of that mod were discussing plans with a replacement for ratmonkeys. Nobody was sure ratmonkeys will ever return to development because it really was a long hiatus with no word from the current developer.
While this other mod was being developed, I already had papers of Legendary Weapon value estimators which I calculated on my own. However, me and that mod developer ran into creative differences, and I wasn't quite in agreement with how he communicated with supporters when it came to criticism towards his mod.
So I started my own, using his mod as a base (assuming he used ratmonkeys as the base for developing his mod). Needless to say, without diving too much into that drama, this mod was banned for a week, and I corrected the fault and spent weeks and weeks rebuilding this mod from the ground up, expanding it greatly, and rebranding it.
The week long ban was especially damaging for this mod because it was during the monthly period where mods are expected to generate traffic, but I never expected this mod to compete against the other ones anyways.
During the rebuilding process, I've developed an appreciation for just how much work that developer did put into his mod, since I pretty much had to do the exact same thing (including my own expansions as well of course). However, despite my efforts, resentments could not be avoided sadly.
I am not a huge frequent player of Fallout 76, but I do return seasonal to complete the scoreboard. But having more than one mod of this nature will at least provide users somewhere to go to for pipboy sorting mods, and I'm actually glad that Ratmonkeys is being updated regularly again! So if I'm not making myself clear, I am not in competition with Ratmonkeys mod. His mod is the most popular mod of this nature, and it goes without saying that it is the "go to mod". I just hope what I provide here is an alternative in case we need one.
Because of the nature of modding with a live service game, I encourage more people to have alternative mods to popular mods like ratmonkeys, just in case we run into issues like we've had before.
Either way, hopefully people enjoyed this history listen behind this mod's conception.
Nothing wrong about being that guy. You're expressing a preference.
It is a simple edit if you're familiar with the program and are using the original file, but I don't know if it is that simple editing the string files without doing them one by one, and then you'll have to make those same edits again with every version getting uploaded. I don't plan to upload a version without the map tags though unfortunately because I don't want to upload too many versions.
You could do what I did and learn how to use xtranslater, using my mod as reference or guide. That is how I first started out before I wrote this one entirely from scratch.
Deleting the strings folder (which removes the mod) is the only solution until an update is released. Great mod here, no doubt, so I hope an update is forthcoming.

RatMonkeys updates his stuff much quicker...

I'm fairly quick to update during season releases because I only play this game when new scoreboards are released.
