Back up SeventySix - Sounds01.ba2 (found in your game's data folder) anywhere on your drive in case of need to revert
Unpack the original sounds01 file from the data folder using Bethesda Archive Extractor
Find the encumbrance folder (easiest to find that folder by searching) and copy this xwm file a total of three times, renaming and replacing ui_inventory_encumbrance_on_01, ui_inventory_encumbrance_on_02, and ui_inventory_encumbrance_on_03
Repack this folder using BAKA file tool, then just copy the new ba2 file to the data folder, replacing the original
