If any mod is added then removed from your Mod list, It is always a good idea to clear the Video CACHE

the tool will take all your mods (select Bundle for each of the mods) and pack them into one BA2 file, transforming all your mods into a single mod, it will also write everything to the customini file so you don't have to worry about ini files anymore. Also it is possible to sign in though the tool and launch the game directly without the use of the Bethesda launcher.
