      the three large red towers in the south , there is a mine behind the mansion , go through the mine to find the key then go into the mansion , it has tons of loot ...was called the garrahm mansion or something like that

      yes but you still need the ressources first but atleast you can get the blueprint :)

      Also the tower was pretty creepy got a cool straight jacket though.
