About this image

It would appear, while there isn't a slider in the ingame settings changes to the Fallout76Prefs.ini file located in your documents folder "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76" does allow changing the colors of your huds.

Incase you want to go back to default:
DEFAULT FALLOUT76:
fPipboyEffectColorB=0.5000
fPipboyEffectColorG=1.0000
fPipboyEffectColorR=0.1000

Here are the codes that correspond to previous fallouts:

CLASSIC BLUE:
fPipboyEffectColorB=1.0000
fPipboyEffectColorG=0.8000
fPipboyEffectColorR=0.1500

CLASSIC AMBER:
fPipboyEffectColorB=0.2000
fPipboyEffectColorG=0.7000
fPipboyEffectColorR=1.0000

CLASSIC GREEN:
fPipboyEffectColorB=0.4500
fPipboyEffectColorG=1.0000
fPipboyEffectColorR=0.0500

CLASSIC WHITE:
fPipboyEffectColorB=1.0000
fPipboyEffectColorG=1.0000
fPipboyEffectColorR=0.7500

You could also do this with other colors too if desired, use Fallout 4's ingame sliders plus Fallout4prefs.ini for proper code conversion of your color choices

      No problem :) I honestly noticed the similarities both Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 had in terms of their prefs.ini files, like names of properties and when I saw they both had fPipboyEffectColorB, G, and R I just HAD to test it.In theory it should also effect the pip-boys... FLASHLIGHT as well, way better than being stuck to that dark green all the time. While the BETA is closed you could still change the main menu's color if desired, I don't know which property controls it in the prefs yet, but I will test myself xD
