Hi unbekant and / or sydonuem.
You must know someone who can do the translation of your description page (etc)
into English. English is definitely the main language of NexusMods.com and unless
a mod is all about a different language, like a mod that translates Tags and other
such GUI text mods from one language to another, the mod author has a responsibility
to properly translate their description, at least the instructions, into English.
