Find the scientists skull, save Hooch from his Super Mutants owners by Hangman's Alley . He will then follow you as a loyal Sidekick until you use workshop mode to "move" him into a settlement.

FEV Hound Sidekick
Every dog was a puppy at one time, this one just never got a chance to grow up like all the other FEV's.When the experiments were run to make the Super Mutants, test lab dogs had some of the most advanced processes and implants.
An A.I. chip implanted too early in Hooch's life stunted his growth, but gave him a voice and enuff data files to act as a Doctor.
Programing of the chip will force him to obey commands of the lab scientists. After the Super Mutants broke out of the lab, they keep the skull around as the smell was enuff for the hound Hooch to be commanded like a good dog.

Compatibility notes - this mod edits the armor addon of the FEV hound skin, I needed to add this new "Race" to the list of "Additional Races" that can use the Skin. If you are using a mod that changes that the FEV hound skin Load Order needs to be considered. If you use a mod that changes the cell next to hangman's alley FensBrookelineBuildingExt {where ya get the hound} Load Order needs to be considered.
