Renames to Iguana food items to a more London friendly Eel.

Very simple renaming as iguana really doesn't fit into a London/British setting. Since they're just depicted as generic looking meaty chunks, I've gone with renaming them for that old Cockney staple, the eel. So we get Eel on a Stick, Eel Bits, Eel Soup, and an entry in Tenpenny's terminal reworded.
Yes, I know that in ye olde Fallout lore, "iguana" was a euphemism for human meat. Even if you wanted to go that route, iguana is probably not the first choice of meat Londoners will pass off their human flesh as being.
