Simply patches the new workshop items in FOLON that still use 'Local Leader 2' to match the values in Local Leader Tweaks Redux
REQUIREMENTS
* Fallout 4 GOTY
* Fallout London
* Local Leader Tweaks Redux (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/56184)
FEATURES
* Changes the requirement to build level 1 stores to rank 1 of Local Leader, instead of rank 2, to help make the perk more interesting and reduce overall Charisma requirements to get a basic settlement running
* Replaces the Local Leader requirement to craft workbenches with the associated crafting-specific perk:
* Armorsmith: Armorer
* Chemistry: Chemist OR Medic
* Weaponsmith: Gun Nut OR Blacksmith
* All FOLON-added Cooking stoves: Armorer (building a big, metal stove isn't as simple as making a fire; this perk seemed like the best fit)
* Ammo: Gun Nut AND Demolition Expert (gunpowder goes boom)
* Power Armor: Armorer AND Science - Also added the condition from FOLON so it will only unlock when appropriate
* Removed copy of basic stove workshop entry left by FOLON
* Tea Station doesn't require any perks. This is ENGLAND, pretty sure making a cuppa doesn't require a charismatic personality.
KNOWN ISSUES
The in-game UI doesn't show OR requirements, so these might look like both perks are required. However, you can build with just one of them.
INSTALLATION
Install by placing the .esp in your Data folder. Make sure it loads AFTER Local Leader Tweaks Redux so that the power armour override is carried over.
UNINSTALL
Uninstall by deleting the .esp or reverting to the original mod .esp.
