I seriously can't tell if they auto nav-meshed interiors, or if they intentionally left some bad tri's in there. The exterior nav meshing is atrocious, but I totally understand why. Probably was only like handfull of people working on nav meshes, or at best running an auto-mesh and just tidying up the flagged errors.
The one person working on the absolutely necessary Unofficial Fixes patch (which I've been calling the FOLON version of UFO4P) felt forced to work on a separate navmesh patch because so much work was needed.
They shouldn't have too. I mean the game is great, and all, but I myself refuse to employ my own skills for free to fix it. Hat's off to anyone that feels the ADHD need too fix it. No one should HAVE to. Sure it's good clout, but like what the f*#@ for? 10k nexus points is $10 USD. That s#*! takes work. I almost kick myself in the asshole by releasing so many diff mods because its like alright now I gotta fixate on all 40 mods and try my best to learn more and more and more and fix them. It does get easier, but got damn. It's understandable if your special is just nav-mesher, or just a scripter, but covering all bases is literally a second job. I just want to be free of this 9-5 BS, and do what I do. It's never guaranteed. I just fuckin send it. If its broken.. I'm sorry. I'm giving it my all with every second of free time and ignoring reality trying to patch it.
Being able to access the workbenches whilst being in Thameshaven Market. I came across a reddit post asking about it. People were saying to just '~unlock' on the door refs. I was drunk last night and decided to make a quick fun mod. All the weapons have to prevent havok is 'disable havok settle.' A fart in the wrong direction is going to ruin the cool weapon decorations. Figured if I'm going to open up the doors may aswell make them all essentially static.
Hell yea mane. Thank a random redditor for the idea. It's really a low effort mod. That's why I converted it to an esl. No need to take up a plug-in slot. If I wanted to go all out I'd add in some more set dressing, and functionality. Maybe tweak the vendors inventory. Turn Thameshaven into a settlement.
