This is a simple mod, adding in a new Skill/Perk for an extra 10% movement speed
The new "Athlete" Perk is available from level 20 and require both Agility 6 and Endurance 4
you must keep your endurance above 4 in order to use it - it wont effect you otherwise
**included also a hardcore version for this mod -
where you must keep both you endurance and agility values at 6 or above in order to benefit from the effect,
the requirements are also set to 6,6
choose what you like - don't use together
used the "chariots of fire" .swf perk animation thingy, so don't be confused....
