this is a standalone fix for some weapons animations, attack speeds and weight
the flags, halberd, pikes and spears got their animations fixed - and are now slow and medium weapons
weight of some weapons tweaked,
no damage or any other changes - all tweaks are included in the Full Mod - do not load them together !
