The Mittenlurk Queen you encounter during the Thameshaven questline is stronk af. Honestly this change is less for balance and more for the aesthetics since I still got my sh*t rocked even with power armour. Only comes with one fusion core and some armour pieces are bound to break during the fight so I don't see it being OP and there's mods to buff or debuff power armour as you want. I just missed PA being mostly absent in FOLON given it's a front cover staple of the series and wanted a good worthwhile spot to put a set.
