Increases ammo and explosives for container, loot, and vendor leveled lists. This includes everything from arrows, new FOLON projectiles, all grenades, missiles, fusion cores, and even FO4 ammos that aren't even used in FOLON.
ESL + ESP version.

Basically increased the amount of ammo and explosives found in any leveled list for each ammo type, and then also increases any leveled list that uses that ammo/explosive type leveled list. I included an ESP and ESL version cuz why not?
I made the increases in increments of either 5, or 10, starting at 25 for all ammo types. Grenades start at a count of 5. Then anywhere the leveled list for any ammunition is used ie, vendors, containers, ll_ammo_any are given a count of 3. So say you're a level 1-5. You would be getting 25 rounds of 10mm x 3 = around 150 based off of your stats and perks. I also changed the scrounger leveled list to give you a little bit more as well.
