This is a fairly simple renaming of the US-centric Bobby Pin, to the more UK-recognised Hair Pin - Not much more to it than that!

Converted main file from .esl to an ESL-flagged .esp to preserve save games and allows the mod to be removed mid-play.
Added a modified Translate_en.txt to update the interface so "Bobby pins remaining" when lockpicking is overridden.
Added LondonWorldSpace.esm as a Master to force mod sorting to work more reliably.

Mod inception
As a Brit, the Bobby Pins still retaining their US-centric name in Fallout: London stood out to me a little, so I spent a few minutes giving them the name it actually says on the in-game box art!
