Alternate Start Survival Mode – Session 10

Meet Sebastian Schleprock, or as most people call him, “Bad Luck.” He’s an ex-NCR Ranger who fled East after a string of seriously bad luck left him as a wanted criminal. His Luck won’t be any better in the Commonwealth since it will be starting out at a rating of 1.

Low-Luck character rules:
1. Neither Luck SPECIAL points or Luck related perks can be taken until all other SPECIAL skills reach a level of 10.
2. Until all other SPECIAL skills reach a level of 10, Luck points can only be added from Clothing/Armor, Legendary modifications, chems/aid, perk magazines
