This is Why People Must share what they Know " mods " .. or maybe record some Basic Tutorials for Beginers ( like me lol  ) and dont keep that knowledge for them selves.. " this is not about HOTFILES " its about improve the Game .
-when they ask me i alwas tell them how to do it or gave them the basics. sometimes i record tutorials even no one watch them lol
- :( if i only knew how to add extra Bones to the Fallout Skeleton , anything can be possible.
makes me sad..
