i watched Gophers Fallout4 : enabling modding for PC, followed his instructions and it still doesn't work
Nexus mod manager keeps popping up a warning window when i want to activate mod, saying I have to make necessary ini. edits shown in the video that I already did

    how do i fix this?

Please dont make me ask this on reddit

Did you check the "DLCList.txt" file? My plugins get added in that file, instead of plugins. And not all of them....doesnt make any sense!!

    This is weird.
I've tweaked all the needed ini/txt files as shown in the video, but when I start and close the launcher, the plugins.txt file gets reset and, instead, one (only one) of the .esp files gets added to the DLCList.txt.
Does this make any sense for anybody? Help, please! =p

For those who cant find plugins.txt, and dont want to do it the same way he did..

Go into control panel and set sorting to "by category"
    Click Appearance and personalization
Under folder options, click show hidden files and folders
Click show hidden files, folders and drives.

NOWWWW go into your c drive and you user name, and appdata will now appear.
Then go local, find fallout4, and there is your plugins.txt.

    Your welcome
